The Role

As a Risk Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting teams across Trivallis to achieve a confident, proactive risk culture that enables Trivallis to thrive. You’ll be the trusted specialist who ensures we understand the challenges ahead, design the right controls, and equip our people to make strong, informed decisions.

You will be supporting Trivallis teams in managing our approach to risk management, you’ll also take ownership of our business insurance portfolio ensuring we have the right cover in place, managing renewals, working closely with brokers and insurers, and overseeing claims to provide assurance that the organisation is protected.

Working closely with colleagues from different departments, relationship building is just as important as technical expertise. You’ll work across the whole organisation from senior leaders and operational teams to our Board and external partners ensuring both risk management and insurance arrangements are meaningful, accessible and embedded into everyday practice.

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and a collaborative, people‑centred approach.

You will bring:

  • Strong knowledge of risk management techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of managing an insurance portfolio and overseeing claims.
  • Experience working with senior and executive leaders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills at all levels.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Respect for confidentiality and sound professional judgement.
  • Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
