Flexible/Hybrid working

Are you highly organised, great with people and ready to make a positive impact in your community?

If so, this is a great opportunity to use your skills to help us deliver a smooth, efficient and customer‑focused lettings service.

The Role

As a Lettings Administrator you’ll play a key role in supporting the Lettings Team to deliver an efficient end‑to‑end lettings and voids service. You’ll help ensure that homes are advertised accurately, allocated in a timely way, and managed effectively throughout the voids and lettings process.

You’ll maintain accurate records and systems, coordinate essential lettings tasks, and communicate clearly with applicants, tenants, colleagues and partners.

You’ll also help keep the process moving by monitoring deadlines, chasing updates, and escalating any issues that could affect turnaround times.

Working closely with colleagues across Trivallis and external partners, you will support everything from applications and viewings to pre‑allocations, decants, paint pack orders and HomeSwapper requests, all while ensuring tenants receive a helpful and positive experience at every stage.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and able to work well in a busy, fast‑paced environment.

You’ll bring strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence working with digital systems and data.

You should also be comfortable speaking with tenants, applicants and partners, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

If you enjoy supporting others, solving problems and keeping processes running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
