The Role

  • As a construction Manager, you'll help lead the delivery of an outstanding development program including regeneration schemes, new build sites, bringing empty homes back into use and refurbishing historic buildings across South Wales. 
  • The construction manager will have operational responsibility pre contract design scrutiny as well as onsite delivery.   You’ll also be responsible for managing health and safety issues in your area.
  • This key role will also help lead the team on its sustainability journey whilst advising value optimisation and working with tenants to deliver community benefits outcomes in line with the business strategies.

 

About You

We're looking for someone with significant experience of managing development sites right through to occupation. At the same time, we’ll expect you to embody our values in every interaction. For this role you will need a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
